On 06/10/2004 , Major Crimes Detectives arrested David Shane Brewer reference ten counts of Capital Sexual Battery on a child and one count of Prohibition of Certain Acts in Connection with Obscenity.

  The victim, a 10 year old white female, told detective's that between 2000 and February 2004 the defendant sexually molested her.   The incidents occurred at a residence in the 4000 block of Dawson Road , 100 block of Miller Road , and other places where she lived in Santa Rosa County over the past several years  

Major Crimes Detective Larry Tynes is asking anyone with information concerning the defendant's involvement or activities with children to call him at 983-1239.   The investigation is still ongoing.

                    5437 Byrom Street , Milton FL

CHARGES: 10 counts, Capital Felony Sexual Battery on a Child

                      1 count, Distribution of Obscene Material to a Minor

Milton Police Department arrested the defendant on 02/04/2004 on 2 counts of Capital Sexual Battery reference the same victim. The defendant is being held in the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
