Sheriff
Wendell Hall and Director Keith Morris completed the seventy (70)
hour Florida Department of Law Enforcement sponsored seminar for
Chief Law Enforcement Executives on April 6, 2006 in Tallahassee.
The course conducts an organized study of the future of modern law
enforcement in such areas as technological advances, population
demographics, future budgetary issues, recruitment diversity, leadership
techniques, and roles of the chief executives in the formulation
of strategic plans and policies. It is also Sheriff Hall's intentions
that all of his senior administrators receive this type of continuing
higher level education provided by FDLE to better improve the agency's
supervisory roles, communications, proactive discipline, media relations,
and effective motivation techniques. Above Sheriff Wendell Hall
is receiving his certificate from Florida Department of Law Enforcement
Commissioner Guy Tunnell on April 6, 2006 in Tallahassee.
