The
Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office ministries is responsible for a variety
of duties concerning the inmates of the county jail. For one they
provide spiritual services to any inmate who chooses to partake
in their activities. Jail Chaplain Morgan Miller provided the following
statistics for the year 2005:

In
addition the A.C.T.S. (Alcohol Chemical Treatment Series) is being
offered to jail inmates on a weekly basis beginning February 1,
2006. ACTS is a support group to enable individual and/or their
families, who want to maintain a drug-free life style away from
alcohol and chemical abuses.
