PRESS RELEASE

On October 09, 2007 , at approximately midnight , three male subjects forced their way into a Da Lisa Street residence. They forced open the bedroom door of the homeowner, identified as 25-year old Antonio Davis, splintering the door frame in the process. A man entered wearing a ski mask and brandishing a baseball bat. The intruder yelled, "get on the ground, it's the police." His wife, 25-year old Terran P. Davis, grabbed her baby as her husband chased the intruder out of the home. At that time the two suspects saw the homeowner chasing the first intruder and they too fled the scene. Another victim who lived at the residence, identified at 22-year old Christopher William Parks, was injured in the affray and was transported to West Florida Hospital .
