OFFICE
Sheriff
Wendell Hall
Suspect
Wanted for Hurricane Ivan Related Unlicensed Contracting Charges
Ronald
Carl Mueller, 59 years old, is being sought by the Santa Rosa County
Sheriff's Office in reference to unlicensed contracting during a
state of emergency. Mueller, who doesn't have a General Contractor's
License or Electrician's License in the State of Florida, entered
into a contract in July 2006 with a Navarre Beach resident to do

parties. Mueller has also failed to make restitution to the homeowner.
Due to this, warrants have been issued for the arrest of Mueller
on the below mentioned charges. Anyone with information concerning
