Two Suspects Arrested After Robbing Milton Pizza Delivery Driver

Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested two individuals after they robbed a pizza delivery driver on Monday night. Deputies were dispatched to the area of East Gate Road in Milton after a local pizza delivery driver contacted the Sheriffs Office stating that he had just been robbed. The driver, who is not being identified to protect his identity, was having trouble locating the address to which he had been dispatched for the delivery of two pizzas. The driver was out on foot on East Gate Road when he was approached by two individuals, one which was armed with a baseball bat. The driver stated that both subjects were breathing heavily. The subject with the baseball bat then told the driver that he was being robbed and then demanded that the driver drop the pizzas, money bag, cell phone, and his wallet. The driver complied. The suspect without the bat then took the pizzas out of the pizza bag, but left the money, wallet, and cell phone. The two suspects then ran behind some houses on East Gate Road . During a canvass of the neighborhood by deputies, one of the suspects was located sleeping inside his residence at 6964 East Gate Road . The suspect was identified as Mitch Larson, 19 years old. The victim positively identified Larson as being the suspect with the baseball bat. The baseball bat, two empty pizza boxes, and a pizza flyer were located outside Larson's back door. After questioning, the other suspect was located at his residence which is located at 7725 Sowell Road, Milton. This suspect, Dylan Farley, 15 years old, admitted that he and Larson were the suspects that robbed the pizza delivery driver. Both suspects were arrested and charged with theft and robbery with a weapon. Larson is being held with no bond, and Farley was transported to Juvenile Detention.
