PJC Intern Praises Sheriff's Office

Miss Ashley Holloway wrote Sheriff Hall praising his agency and stating, "It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to meet the members of your staff. I was pleased with the opportunity to get a closer look at the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office as well as all the organization does to make the community safer. As this semester has progressed I have realized every day how much I learned in the time spent with the staff. Interning for you has paid dividends in the classroom and has opened the door to consider changing my future employment plans towards law enforcement. I appreciate the knowledge I gained interacting with your wonderful staff and promise to use the new found wisdom in the future." Sheriff Wendell Hall accepts interns from numerous colleges and universities and puts them through a rigorous curriculum in various sections of his agency so that they can learn what law enforcement officers do for the community. Any student wishing to apply should contact their college advisor at their respective school and submit the necessary paperwork.
