Sheriff's Office Looking for Navarre Man Wanted for Child Molestation

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is looking for a Navarre man who has active warrants for molesting a young child. Richard Wayne Singley was the target of an investigation concerning the molestation of a young child. He had met with investigators concerning the allegations and was supposed to turn himself in to authorities on 4/20/07. Singley has not been seen since and has made no attempts to turn himself in to authorities. It is believed that Singley may be in the Theodore, Grand Bay or Mobile, Alabama area.

Singley is wanted on five counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation and one count of Child Neglect. Singley is a self admitted crystal methamphetamine user. He was last seen in a white Buick Le Sabre with Alabama tag 2C9333K. Anyone with information concerning Singley's whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or Santa Rosa County Crime Stoppers at 850-437-STOP.
