Murder Suspect Arrested in Milton
The
Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office SWAT team in conjunction with
the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a suspect
wanted on Capital Murder charges stemming from an incident that
occurred in Foley, Alabama. The Sheriff's Office was contacted late
last night in reference to the suspect, Labarron Donte McDonald,
possibly being at 6476 Willow Tree Apartments. Surveillance was
conducted on the apartment, while members of the SWAT Team and Violent
Fugitive Task Force were standing by to take action. McDonald was
observed at the apartment, and when he stepped out side, the above
mentioned officers rapidly took him into custody. McDonald was then
placed under arrest for being a fugitive from justice after receiving
teletype from Baldwin County, Alabama . McDonald was transported
to the Santa Rosa County Jail and will appear before a judge today
to determine when he will be extradited back to Alabama. A photograph
