UPDATE

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is pleased to announce that the last of the four men has been captured and is currently in custody at the Santa Rosa County Jail. One other additional man that was being sought by the Sheriff's Office (Oratius Williams) has also been apprehended. There charges are listed below. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the public and all other agencies involved for their assistance in the apprehension of these suspects. The public provided vital information that led to their arrests. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is pleased with the public's participation in finding these men, which clearly shows that the public will not tolerate the criminal activity that occurs in their county. Current photographs are attached to this press release, as well as the method and location of arrest.

Law Officers Looking for Four Men that are Armed and Dangerous

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office and Milton Police Department are asking for the publics help in locating four individuals that have felony warrants in reference to robbery and recent shooting incidents. These four men are considered highly armed and extremely dangerous and need to immediately be captured by law enforcement. These subjects have also made comments in reference to having a shoot-out with law enforcement if there is an attempt to apprehend them. The suspect and their charges are listed below. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 437-STOP. Information received that leads to the arrest of any of these individuals is eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00. Tipsters will remain 100% anonymous. They can also call the Sheriff's Office at 983-1190. Thank you in advance for helping in the apprehension of these violent suspects.

SUSPECTS:

1. Demirus "Duke" McCray, B/M, 20 years old, 5'10" 194 lbs

3 warrants, 2 misdemeanors and one felony, no bond, KNOWN TO CARRY WEAPONS AND VIOLENT Arrested in Mississippi after a high speed chase with authorities.

2. Adrian "Little Ricky" Cawthon, B/M, 27 years old, 5'09", 150 lbs

Felony Warrant for Robbery with a Firearm, no bond, KNOWN TO CARRY WEAPONS AND VIOLENT Arrested in Escambia County , FL on 2/20/07 in Escambia County , FL without incident.

3. Roderick Slack, B/M, 28 years old, 5'10", 200 lbs

Felony Warrant for Robbery with a Firearm, no bond, KNOWN TO CARRY WEAPONS AND VIOLENT Arrested in Santa Rosa County on 2/13/07 after walking into the Santa Rosa County Courthouse .

4. Jermarrick Hudson, B/M, 19 years old, 5'06", 130 lbs

Felony Warrants for Aggravated Assault, Discharging a Firearm in Public, and Shooting into an occupied Vehicle. KNOWN TO CARRY WEAPONS AND VIOLENT. (THIS IS THE SUBJECT THAT IS THE SUSPECT IN THE SUNDAY SHOOTING ON MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE DEALT WITH BY MILTON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT. ONE OF THE BULLETS WENT DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HAT OF ONE VEHICLE OCCUPANT AND ANOTHER WENT THROUGH THE HEADREST.) Arrested in Colorado at a relatives house without incident after a tip was received concerning his location. Extradited back to FL on 2/03/07 .

5. Oratius Williams, B/M, 32 years old, 6'00", 180 lbs.

Felony Failure to Appear Warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance, Fleeing and Eluding, DWLS, Resisting an Officer, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Aggravated Battery with a Firearm (2 counts) Arrested on 2/20/07 in Renton, Washington and is awaiting extradition.
