Chief
Administrative Officer Keith W. Morris has been with the Santa
Rosa County Sheriff's Office since 2001. Prior to being
employed with this agency, he has served with the Panama City
Police Department; Polk County Sheriff's Office; Escambia
County Sheriff's Office; and the State of Florida, Department
of Insurance, State Fire Marshal's Office. He has served
as a Deputy Sheriff; Fire and Arson Investigator; Internal
Affairs Investigator; Training Director; School Resource Officer;
Crime Scene Investigator; Evidence Technician; Fraud &
Forgery Investigator; Field Training Officer; Grant Coordinator
and Programs Manager. Chief Administrative Officer Morris
has held the rank of Corporal and Sergeant with the Escambia
County Sheriff's Office and is currently the Chief Administrative
Officerr and second in command with the Santa Rosa County
Sheriff's Office.
Chief Administrative
Officer Morris holds an Associate of Science Degree in Legal
Assisting; Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice;
and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
