District One is situated south of the city of
Pensacola, District One serves as the gateway to Pensacola
Beach. It encompasses the City of Gulf Breeze and the National
Island Seashore. The staff of District One works closely with
Gulf Breeze Police, Midway Fire Department, National Park
Service and Escambia County, Florida Sheriff's Office. The
personnel working at the office consist of: Lieutenant, Sergeant,
Corporal, Deputy Sheriff's and Administrative Clerk II.

The communities of Navarre, Navarre Beach, and
Holley all lie within District Two's boundaries, and include
the world-famous sugar-sand beaches. According to 2002 data,
the communities of Navarre and Midway are the fastest growing
areas in the county. District Two is also home to the Marine
Unit. District Two staff is active in local community events
including providing security for numerous parades and festivals,
and patrol beaches on four-wheelers during the busy tourist
season. Personnel working at this office consist of: Lieutenant,
Sergeant, Corporal, Deputy Sheriff's, and Administrative Clerk
II.

Three - Pace Area

District Three consists of the communities of
Pace, Pea Ridge and Avalon Beach and the highest percentage
of the county population reside in this area. Pensacola Junior
College maintains an impressive campus in the heart of the
district. District Three staff work closely with Pace and
Avalon Fire Departments, and maintain an active role in several
community organizations including the Pace Chamber of Commerce.
District Three staff provides security for high school events,
community festivals and parades. Personnel working at this
office consist of: Lieutenant, Sergeant, Deputy Sheriff's,
and Administrative Clerk II.

Four - East Milton Area

Blackwater River State Park, Whiting Field,
the Santa Rosa Correctional Institution, the University Of
Florida Agricultural Research Center, and the Sheriff's Main
Office facilities are located within District Four boundaries.
The Moors Golf Course, also in District Four, annually hosts
the Blue Angels Classic, drawing thousands of visitors to
the area during the four-day spring event. The District Four
staff works closely with Milton Police, Fire Departments and
the Park Rangers, and is active in community organizations.
Personnel working at this office consist of: Lieutenant, Sergeant,
Deputy Sheriff's, and Administrative Clerk II.

Five - Jay Area

Located
in the rural community of Jay, District Five encompasses more
than 500 square miles and serves as the largest territory
of all the districts. District Five works closely with Alabama
Sheriff's Office, Escambia County Sheriff's Office in Florida,
Brewton and Flomaton Police and Fire Departments. District
Five is primarily comprised of farmland, and is the least
commercially developed area of the county. However, several
petroleum processing plants and transmission lines are located
within the District. Personnel working at this office consist
of: Lieutenant, Sergeant, Corporal, Deputy Sheriff's, and
Administrative Clerk II.
