SRSO Helps Promote Walk to School Event

Sheriff Wendell Hall and his staff assisted other local law enforcement agencies and education personnel in sponsoring the "Walk to School Event" at King's Middle School. The event is part of the Community Traffic Safety Team effort which promotes safe practices among the county's school children. Once a year school children are encouraged to walk or ride their bike to school. Law enforcement personnel assist by working to eliminate traffic congestion and unsafe routes.
