| Sheriff's Deputy Earns Degree Recently, a sixth deputy with the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office has added his name to those who recently obtained college degrees this year. Deputy Shane Tucker received his AA degree from Liberty University in October 2009. Sheriff Hall continues to encourage his staff to pursue their higher education to better prepare themselves for a changing world of law enforcement.
