Sheriff's Office Asking for Public's Help in Locating/Identifying a Witness to a Death Investigation
Investigators are asking for the public's help in reference to identifying a witness to an incident that occurred on October 28, 2011 at approximately 10AM. The incident occurred on Hwy 87 North, just north of Langley (Whiting Field West Gate Entrance). The witness allegedly observed the victim jump out of a moving Ford Ranger Pickup truck being driven by her boyfriend, Roger Carpenter. The victim, 27 year old Dorothy Parker, died on November 12 th , 2011from injuries sustained on October 28 th . The witness stopped to render assistance to the victim. The witness was described as being a white male in his 30's with a well trimmed beard. He was driving a blue SUV. Investigators want to speak with him concerning what he observed.
