Office Asking For Public's Help in Locating Fugitive Wanted on Meth
Related Charges
The
Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help
in locating a wanted fugitive. The suspect, Orry Wesley Harmon (W/M,
38 years old) is wanted on numerous felony charges relating to the
production of methamphetamine. The investigation into Harmon's criminal
activity began in June 2009 after narcotics investigators received
information that Harmon was involved in the production of methamphetamine.
On June 26, 2009,
narcotics investigators conducted a search warrant at 8160
Old Stagecoach Road in
Milton ,
which is where Harmon was residing at the time. The search revealed
numerous components and chemicals commonly used during the manufacture
of methamphetamine. Harmon was not present at the time of the search
and has not been able to be located since. Harmon's charges are
listed below. The public is urged not to approach Harmon and to
immediately contact law enforcement if his location is known.
Harmon
is also wanted on a Federal Warrant for Violation of Probation,
with the original charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted
felon.
Anyone
with information concerning the location of Harmon is asked to contact
Santa Rosa Crime Stoppers at 437-STOP or the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's
Office at 983-1190. Any person who provides information to Crime
Stoppers which leads to Harmon's arrest will be eligible for a cash
reward of up to $1000.00.
