Milton Man Sentenced to 4 Consecutive Life Terms in 2007 Sex Offense

A Milton man was sentenced to four consecutive life terms yesterday for his commission of sex offenses in 2007. Tommy Allen Gardner (28 years old) was sentenced before the Honorable Judge Swanson at the Santa Rosa County Courthouse. Gardner was convicted on 2 counts of Sexual Battery on a victim under 12 years of age, and 2 counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation on a victim under 12 years of age. The charges stemmed from a complaint that was filed with the Sheriff's Office on April 10, 2007. Gardner was arrested on the above mentioned charges on May 1, 2007 and has remained in the Santa Rosa County Jail since his arrest, sentencing, and conviction.
