Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a 26-year old white male on Monday, 3-1-10 for 2 counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and 3 counts of exposure of sexual organs. This case is related to 3 separate incidents that occurred between October 2009 and January 2010. The female victims, the youngest being 8 years old and the oldest 40, state that the male would approach them in his truck then expose himself to them.

Sheriff's investigators are seeking information on other possible victims who may not have reported the crime. The incidents occurred in the Point Baker and Pine Blossom Road areas.

Anyone with information, or who would like to report a crime of a similar nature should call the SRSO at 983-1100.

The name of the offender is being withheld at this time pending more information from possible victims.

The above referenced offender is identified as Christopher Lee Lowery, DOB 10-19-1983 of Milton , Florida . He was arrested on March 1, 2010 and released the same day on a $5,000 bond. See photo on next page.
