Domestic Violence Council Honors Sheriff

On October 3, 2008 the Santa Rosa County Domestic Violence Council honored Sheriff Wendell Hall and several of his deputies for their outstanding work in the field of domestic violence. A delicious lunch was provided together with the opening remarks by First Judicial State Attorney Bill Eddins. Awards were presented to Sheriff Hall for his concerted effort at reducing incidents of Domestic Violence as well as to James Vaughn and Jasen Wells for their enforcement practices. An award was also presented to Public Information Office Sgt. Scott Haines with a group award going to Sgt. Ricky Perritt and the members of his GPS Tracking Unit. Milton Police Officer Casey Kitchens was also honored for his endeavors as well. Click here for photos of the awards.
