Sheriff Helps Promote Child Safety

Gulf Breeze Ford will be hosting a Child Safety Fair, in partnership with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office and Gulf Breeze Police Dept., on Saturday, March 22, 2008. This event will take place from 10 am until 1 pm at the Gulf Breeze Ford dealership located at 2665 Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze. “Free” DNA/Fingerprint kits will be given out courtesy of the Crime Prevention Unit of the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office. “Free” Car Seat Safety Checks will be conducted by the Gulf Breeze Police Dept. and the Santa Rosa County Health Department. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Mounted Posse will also host a meet and greet and the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office will present a K-9 demonstration. The Santa Rosa County Department of Health SWAT tobacco prevention trailer will also be on site along with a Jolly Car spacewalk for the kids, live radio remotes, plenty of food, drinks , music and fun!
