Sheriff Heads Up Scouting Fund Drive

Sheriff Wendell Hall attended the kick off of the 2008 "Friends of Scouting Campaign" on March 7, 2008 at the Red Barn Restaurant. The Sheriff will again be the chairman for the Milton/Pace District whose purpose is to raise funds for the Gulf Coast Boy Scouts Association. In the midst of financial cutbacks all across the nation his committee will attempt to raise $9,000 for the scouts in this area. Also attending the meeting was Scout Executive Spencer Page and District Executives Brandon Jacola and Billy Egan, and Walt Reese. Click here for a photo of the committee.
